In today's competitive medical environment, there is no place for rude behavior or errors. That is exactly why after referring many of my private patients to The Chelsea MRI Center, I asked my primary care physician if I could go there for my testing. As a Physician and a patient, I can not tell you enough, good things, about the Chelsea MRI Center. They are personal, polite, professional, accommodating, friendly, and PROMPT. I have been referring patients to the Chelsea MRI Center since it first opened, about 10 years ago. It was a good choice then, and still is.

"Yesterday I was given an MRIin your facility. I was unusually apprehensive and sacard. Just being closed in is a trauma for me.
I wanted to say that your office and its staff couldn't have been more perfect. From the minute I walked in until is was over every one was kind and helpful. In these days when most people are just a number as far as medicine is concerned your group has managed to make a person feel like a person and it is much appreciated.
I want to say that the person mamed Bob was the most helpful of all. The way he explained the entire procedure...step by step and the way he talked convinced me that it was going to be all right. He did not, in any way, lose his patience if I asked a question which might have been unnecessary. This made the experience easy and not nearly so horrible as I thought it would be.
